XIX Reporting-Electorial JBR Forum

From 27th to 28th of April 2010 in Warsaw Technician Home 19th Reporting-Electorial Forum of Exploratory-Developmental Units took place. The fact that the termination of the term is accompanied by coming into force of the packet of six acts reforming acience which is related to transforming R&D Institute into explorative institutes made it even more special. 114 electors representing more than 100 institutes took part in the conference.
During the first day of the conference the Council was given the approval for former three-year term, new Council (31 members) and Revisional Committee was electeced then the chairman of JBR Council- Prof. Leszek Rafalski, the Director of Explorative Institute of Roads and Bridges.
