PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULT OF THE OPEN TENDER
The Institute of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology, 03-193 Warszawa, ul. Dorodna 16,
notifies that the conduct for the public order managed in the mode
the unrestricted auction whose an object of the order was:
"The delivery of the cstabilized direct current power supply
unit for 3 coils TH 20549 (klystron TH 2158)"
was annulled was annulled because any offer influenced in fixed term.
Law base: 93 article, 1 passage and 1 point of the public law (title: Law of public orders - in polish : Prawo zamówień publicznych) from 29 January 2004 year.
