5. The Awarding Entity does not allow any variant tenders
6. Specification of essential terms of the contract may be obtained at the Awarding Entity's office in room No. 39, building No. 37 (from 8:00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.) or by mail.
   The specification form is free of charge.
7. The tenders should be submitted at the Awarding Entity's office in room No. 39, building No. 37 or sent by mail to the following address: Instytut Chemii i Techniki Jądrowej, 03-195 Warszawa, ul. Dorodna 16.
8. Tender submission deadline: 09.06.2006 at 12:00 a.m.
9. Tender opening date: 09.06.2006 at 12:30 p.m. at the Awarding Entity's office, building No. 57 Seminar room.
10. The Awarding Entity does not require any tender bond.
11. Tender binding time limit: 30 days from the tender submission deadline.
