invites to an open tender procedure for supply of
Ion vacuum pumps with power supply units and cables - 4 sets
of the follwing technical parameters:
- Pumping capacity for - N2 - min 50l/s; - Ar - min 1 l/s
- Max start pressure - better then 0,2 Pa (pressure p>0,2 Pa)
- The contract details are set out in the Specification of essential terms of the contract
- Place of delivery: Instytut Chemii i Techniki Jądrowej, Warszawa, ul. Dorodna 16.
- Code CPV: 29.12.24.50
- Delivery date: October 2006
- The Awarding Entity does not allow any variant tenders
- Specification of essential terms of the contract may be obtained at the Awarding Entity's office in room No. 39, building No. 37 (from 8:00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.) or by mail.
The specification form is free of charge.
- The tenders should be submitted at the Awarding Entity's office in room No. 39, building No. 37 or sent by mail to the following address: Instytut Chemii i Techniki Jądrowej, 03-195 Warszawa, ul. Dorodna 16.
- Tender submission deadline: 19.05.2006 at 12:00 a.m.
- Tender opening date: 19.05.2006 at 12:30 p.m. at the Awarding Entity's office, building No. 57 Seminar room.
- The Awarding Entity does not require any tender bond.
- Tender binding time limit: 30 days from the tender submission deadline.
Information concerning congitions to be met by the Contractors:
Only the contractors who meet the requirements laid down in the specification of essential terms of the contract is allowed to submit their tenders.
