Dr Wojciech Migdal received his M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow in 1976. In the same year he joined the Institute of Nuclear Research at Swierk near Warsaw. Since 1983 he has been working at the Institute of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology where he received his Ph.D. in Chemistry in 1988 and was appointed the Manager of the Pilot Plant for Food Irradiation in 1990. In 2000 Dr Wojciech Migdal received D.Sc. degree in the Poznan University of Economics. D.Sc. Wojciech Migdal is a member of International Consultative Group on Food Irradiation (ICGFI). Dr Migdal is the author or co-author of about 40 publications. His research interests deal with radiation technologies and their application in agriculture. |
