The effect of electron irradiation in oxygen environment on oxygen-deficient YBaCuO powder properties at 130-250°C was investigated. Above 230°C an irradiation caused an improvement of superconducting properties. At the same time oxygen content increment and lattice stresses relaxation were observed by means of Moessbauer spectroscopy. The effective energy of oxygen diffusion in YBaCuO at electron irradiation was estimated to be about 0.25 eV.
