- Examination is accomplished within 6 days from the date of the delivery of a sample to the Laboratory.
- The result of examination is send to the customer in the form of Test report as recommended in PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard.
The document is authorised by the head of the Laboratory and has the acceptance of the Polish Centre of Accreditation.
- The results of examination are confidential and are known to the customer only.
The customer has the access to the documentation and the records of the examination, if desired.
Laboratory offers the examination of the following foodstuffs:
poultry carcasses, fish, eggs in shells, nuts;
spices and herbs, dried and fresh vegetables including mushrooms, fruits and shrimps;
blends of spices and herbs, and composition of foodstuffs containing irradiated components are also examined.
The examination is accomplished by experienced, specialised group of analysts while analytical procedures are
consistent with EU standards given in:
EN 1786, EN 1787,EN 1788,EN 13708, and EN 13751, respectively.
The examination of food is conducted with the use of the following instrumentation :
EPR / ESR spectrometer
Thermoluminescence ( TL ) reader
Pulsed photostimulated luminescence system (PPSL)
The cost of the examination of a single sample is:
if examination is based on the EPR / ESR or PPSL techniques - 75 EUR
if examination is based on thermoluminescence ( TL ) - 150 EUR
Laboratory co-operates with numerous food-trade companies from abroad.
The customer is informed by the Laboratory about the volumes of sample needed to proceed the examination and receives instruction concerning transportation of samples.
