The electron beam treatment can be applied to the hygienization of sewage sludges contaminated with hazardous microorganisms and parasites EB treated sludges, if not overcharged by heavy metals, are excellent sanitary safe organic soil fertilizer.
They can be spread on the soil immediately after leaving the installation and no place for a long term storage of these sluges is needed.
